Andrea Mychaels Obituary, Death – Mrs. Jackson was prematurely delivered in the municipality of Kosciusko, Mississippi (MS). Following her graduation from Jackson State University with a Bachelor of Science in education, she pursued further academic endeavours at Atlanta University and Indiana University, where she developed an area of specialisation in school librarianship. She successfully completed her Bachelor of Science in education. She worked as a volunteer librarian at Tougaloo College and as a librarian in the Jackson Public School system. Furthermore, she fulfilled additional responsibilities in the schools where she was employed, including teaching English, music, and serving as choir director.
The library occupied her attention primarily. The library occupied the majority of her attention. She subsequently became a member of the Wesley United Methodist Church in Kosciusko, where she had attended as a child. Subsequently, she enrolled as a member of the Anderson United Methodist Church in Jackson, where she assumed the responsibilities of the congregation’s organist and pianist. Mrs. Jackson has three surviving siblings: Mary Virginia Ukegbu, Reverend Embra K. Jackson, Jr., a sister, Charles Foster, who is affiliated with Faye, and Mary Virginia Ukegbu, who is married to Rosa.
Mrs. Jackson is survived by her great-great granddaughter, in addition to her seven grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, and one great-great granddaughter. We cordially invite you to visit the Collins Northside Chapel on Thursday, December 13, from 1:30 to 5:00 p.m., to offer your condolences. Funeral services are scheduled to commence at twelve o’clock on Friday, during the service, at Anderson United Methodist Church. Subsequent to the ceremony, the interment will be conducted at Natchez Trace Cemetery. The responsibility for orchestrating the funeral arrangements lies with Collins Funeral Home.
