Bo Derek (born Mary Cathleen Collins on November 20, 1956 in Long Beach, California) is an American actress and model. She attended Narbonne High School, but became romantically involved with actor and director John Derek. When Bo was 16, she and John, who was 30, moved to Germany to live together.
